Currently, you would need to manually retrain the chatbot by clicking on "Retrain" for the updated pages. However, we are actively working on an automated solution for this.

Can I use GPT-4?

Yes, GPT-4 is available on the custom plan however we recommend sticking to GPT-3.5 for now as it's faster and more accurate.

What type of content can I use to train my chatbots?

We usually train chatbots by crawling your website to gather your website content but you can also use any type of document or free input. The more content you provide, the better the chatbot will be able to answer questions.
