How long does the setup take?

The initial setup will take you approximately 5 minutes or less, you’ll only need to install Segments from the Shopify App store and answer a few short questions so we can understand your needs and how we can help. After setting up, you may need to wait a few hours for all the data to be loaded into our platform.

What support is included in my plan?

For all of our plans, our customer success team is available via email and Intercom chat during business hours to answer any questions you may have. For our enterprise customers, we offer a customized solution that includes direct collaboration with the team behind Segments on a dedicated Slack channel. Can I connect multiple data sources?

You can connect Segments with your favorite email service provider, SMS, and digital ads platforms such as Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, etc. as well as sync your segments back to Shopify as customer tags.
