Offline macOS meeting transcriber that auto-detects calls, runs Whisper locally, and surfaces searchable transcripts inside Claude Desktop.
What it does
trnscrb is a macOS menu-bar app that automatically detects when a meeting starts (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Slack Huddle, FaceTime) and transcribes it entirely on-device using a local Whisper model, with no cloud processing required. Transcripts are saved as plain text files and exposed to Claude Desktop via MCP tools, so recordings can be started, stopped, and searched from within Claude.
